Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has come out of jail in a drug case but the controversy in this case is growing and new revelations are coming to light every day.
According to the Indian website e-Times, a person named 'Sam de Souza' has also been mentioned in the affidavit submitted by Bharkar Sail as a witness in the case. He has claimed in a TV interview that Shah Rukh Khan's Manager Pooja Daldani had paid to save Aryan from arrest but when he realized that what he wanted was not possible, the money was returned.
De Souza, a businessman by profession, allegedly said that Shah Rukh Khan's manager had paid Rs 5 million to KP Gosavi, a witness in the case, but when he found out that Gosavi was a fraud, he Allegedly asked to return the money to Pooja Daldani.
In his affidavit, the petitioner allegedly said that Gosavi, Pooja Daldani and Sam de Souza met on October 3. A man came in the car and grabbed the beggar's two bags, which he took to a five-star hotel near De Souza. I took it, Sam de Souza counted the money and said it contained only Rs 3.8 million.
The affidavit states that the petitioner claimed to have listened to Gosavi and others who were consulting on the demand of Rs. 250 million, out of which Rs. 80 million was to be given to NCB zonal director Sameer Wakhande. ۔ A vigilance team is investigating the same case against Samir Wakhande on extortion charges.
In an interview to a TV channel, Sam de Souza said, "After intense gossip and pressure, we got back Rs 3.8 million from Gosavi. We collected the rest ourselves and returned it to Pooja Daldani. We understood." That Gosavi is a deceiver.
It may be recalled that Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 in a drug case and was released on bail by the Mumbai High Court on October 28, after which he returned home on October 30.
