The lawyer who granted bail to Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan and comedian Bharti Singh from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has questioned the strategy of Aryan Khan's lawyer arrested in the drug case.

Ayaz Khan, the lawyer who oversaw Fardeen's case, told Indian media how he had given bail to Bollywood personalities while going against the NCB.

Lawyer Ayaz Khan said that after hearing the case of Fardin Khan, he heard all the facts and then started working.

Ayaz Khan said that he was proud that he had released Fardeen Khan on bail in 3 because of his best strategy.

It may be recalled that actor Fardeen Khan was accused of buying 9 grams of cocaine from a drug dealer gang in 2002. However, Fardeen was of the view that he had tried to buy one gram of cocaine.

According to lawyer Ayaz Khan, the problem in Aryan Khan's case is that Aryan's case is for drug use and in this case the drug is entitled to punishment, I think the NCB has witnesses in Aryan's case. ۔

"One of the things I noticed in the case of Aryan and Fardin is that we moved very fast for Fardin's case. When Fardin was produced in court on the first day, we granted him bail on the same day," the lawyer said. Had applied for but did not appear to be in Aryan's case.

Ayaz Khan said that after submitting the bail application in Aryan's case, the NCB submitted its reply, the case was discussed in the court and the hearing of the case was adjourned without any result.
