Windows 11 release date announced

Silicon Valley: Microsoft has announced that its new operating system 'Windows 11' will be launched next month on October 5, but all computer users around the world will have to wait until June 2022 to benefit from it.

It should be noted that the echo of Windows 11 has been heard for the last several months, however, only speculations were going on about its release date.

In this regard, Microsoft's latest blog states that the online event related to Windows 11 and "Surface" products will be held on September 22.

According to further details, all users who have legal Windows 10 as well as adequate modern hardware on their desktop or laptop computers will be able to download Windows 11 for free in the first phase.

The number of legal users will be gradually increased and other users will be added to it, while Windows 11 will continue to be updated keeping in view the technical issues encountered in the meantime.

In the first phase, Asus, Alienware, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung and Microsoft will launch Windows 11 for their "Surface" family of computers and tablets.

A few months ago, Microsoft announced that Android apps would also be able to run on Windows 11, but now it is known that this feature will not be included in the first release of Windows 11, although it will be added a few months later.

Initially, this feature will only be available to a limited number of users participating in the Windows Insider program.
