According to the Daily Star, this airhostess named LJ has revealed this secret while talking in the podcast "Confessions on the Fly".

LJ explains that when an airhostess likes a passenger, she tells her fellow airhostess about the passenger in such a way that she is standing in front of the passenger talking and the passenger does not know. That's what she's talking about. According to LJ, one airhostess asks the other what she would like to eat tonight. In response, the other would point to the passenger and say, "I want to eat Italian today."

LJ said that in the same way an airhostess can ask another if she is interested in a single passenger. In that case, she would ask the other airhostess, pointing to the passenger, "Would you like Italian food tonight?" In response, the other airhostess would say yes if she liked the passenger, otherwise she would say she did not like Italian. This sentence means that she does not like the said passenger. In her conversation, LJ also admitted that she has had sex with the passenger she likes twice on the plane.
