The social networking site Twitter now has only one way to react to tweets, the classic heart-like emoji, and before 2015 it used to be the Favorite Star button.
But now Twitter has decided to change that and start testing new feature reactions.
In this feature, users will be able to express their impressions through various emojis on tweets.
This feature is currently being tested only in Turkey, where users will have 4 more emojis with a heart icon.
These emojis include Terms of Gambling, Thinking Fees, Clipping Hands and Crying Fees.
This feature is similar to Facebook's reactions that are available to users with a like on a post.
Prior to 2015, Twitter tested a similar feature that included more emojis.
But now the company says it is using emojis that are globally recognized and represent people's reactions to tweets.
Twitter selected 4 emojis based on a survey that examined people's emotional attitudes to tweets.
The company says the reactions will help people better express their feelings in conversation.
According to the company, the new feature will be available in iOS, Android and web versions in Turkey for a limited time in the coming days.
But given the test results, it will be decided to extend it to other countries.
