Paris Club defers loan to Pakistan
According to the announcement, the Paris Club deferred Pakistan's loan from July 1 to December 31, 2021. The Paris Club says Pakistan's debt has been deferred to control the effects of the corona virus, which will be able to spend on health, education and the economy after Corona. Pakistan is eligible for loan deferral facility so its application has been approved. Pakistan has also requested other countries to defer loan.
According to the announcement, Paris Club will also try to defer loan from non-Paris Club.
