Tehran: Iranian President Ibrahim Raeisi has said that a government belonging to any one ethnic or political group cannot solve Afghanistan's problems.
According to the news agency, in a speech on TV, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi said that Iran will not allow the presence of ISIS on the border with Afghanistan.
"We will not allow the presence of any terrorist group, ISIS, on the other side of our border and attacks on other countries. The presence of ISIS in Afghanistan is dangerous not only for Afghanistan but for the entire region," he added.
The Iranian president said that a government belonging to any one ethnic or political group could not solve Afghanistan's problems, so a government consisting of all partners should be formed in Afghanistan.
Iran insists the Taliban must be part of a future solution in Afghanistan.
