The Taliban has announced the appointment of Kabul Governor.
According to details, the Taliban have appointed Mullah Shereen as the governor of Kabul. Mullah Shereen is a close associate of Mullah Omar and has served as the head of the Taliban's military commission and Mullah Omar's bodyguard.
