PDM will demonstrate its political strength in Karachi today, preparations are complete

 

The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will today demonstrate its political strength in Karachi for which all preparations have been completed. Leaders of other political parties including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Shahbaz Sharif, Aftab Sherpao and Prof. Sajid Mir are expected to address the participants.

According to private TV, a 25-foot-high and 75-foot-wide stage has been set up in the hall for political leaders, while thousands of chairs have been set up for the participants, while a special section has been set up for women as well as for women. Chairs have been set up, poles have been set up in front of the women's chairs.

Regarding the security of the rally, a police spokesman said that 25 senior police officers, 65 DSPs and 3,748 personnel would be deployed at the rally. 440 commandos, including SU officers, will also be present for the security of the rally.
