For the past few days, some of his pictures have been circulating on social media in which he can be seen sitting on a bicycle.
Syed Ahmad Shah Sadat's photos went viral when a local reporter in Leipzig, Germany, shared them on Twitter.
According to German journalist Joza Mania, the former Afghan minister works as a pizza delivery man in Leipzig, in the eastern German state of Saxony.
Former Afghan Minister Ahmad Shah Sadat has been living in Germany since 2020, according to Leipzig People's Daily.

However, after two years of service, he resigned and moved to Germany last December.
The British newspaper The Independent quoted Sky News as saying that the former Afghan minister started working as a delivery executive for the food delivery company Leverando when he ran out of money.
Ahmed Shah Sadat said his story "should be a catalyst for a change in the lifestyles of high-ranking people in Asia and the Arab world."
Pictures of the former Afghan minister went viral on social media when the Taliban took control of Afghanistan after the announcement of the US withdrawal and now there is a humanitarian crisis.
Reacting to the situation in Afghanistan, he said he never thought the city government would fall so fast.
Ahmad Shah Sadat holds two master's degrees in communication and electronic engineering from Oxford University.
With a career spanning 23 years, Sadat has worked with 20 companies in 13 countries, including Saudi Arabia.
Prior to becoming Afghanistan's Minister of Communications, he served as Technical Adviser to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan from 2005 to 2013.
He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Ariana Telecom in London from 2016 to 2017.
