Another 118 people died due to Corona

 

In the last 24 hours, 118 more people have died due to corona virus across the country while 3,838 new corona cases have been reported. During the last 24 hours, the rate of positive cases has been recorded at 7.36%.

According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 52,112 corona tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths due to corona across the country to 25,788 while the total number of cases has risen to 1,16,019.

According to the NCOC, the number of corona cases in Sindh is 431,636, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 161,853, in Punjab 393,136, in Islamabad 99,263, in Balochistan 32,230 and in Azad Kashmir. 32,095 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 9,906 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to the NCOC, the highest number of deaths due to corona was in Punjab where 11,876 people lost their lives while 6,875 in Sindh, 4,963 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 866 in Islamabad, 173 in Gilgit-Baltistan and Balochistan. 338 and 697 people have lost their lives in Azad Kashmir.
