Afghan Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has made it clear that the Taliban will not allow Afghan territory to be used against Pakistan.
In an interview to a Pakistani TV channel, Zabihullah Mujahid said that the Taliban wanted no instability in Pakistan because Pakistan is their second home and hosts millions of Afghan refugees. The Taliban used their territory against Pakistan. They want good relations with Pakistan.
The Taliban spokesman said of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) that it was an internal matter of Pakistan in which they did not believe in interference.
"The Taliban will not harm civilians in Afghanistan. The Taliban do not want to come to Kabul by force, so they are negotiating despite being in power. If they are not forced, they will not take any drastic steps,"
