Exams After July 10, which subjects will be taken? Shafqat Mahmood announced

 

Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has announced that the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth class examinations will be held after July 10 this year. Student exams will be for elective subjects only.

Briefing the media after the inter-provincial education ministers' conference, Shafqat Mahmood said that all the decisions in the meeting were taken unanimously. It has been decided that the examinations will be held after July 10 instead of June 24. There will be intermediate examinations first and then matriculation papers will be taken.

He said that optional subjects and mathematics papers of class IX and X would be taken while only optional subjects of class XI and XII would be examined.

According to Shafqat Mahmood, the education boards have been directed to keep more space between the pamphlets so that the children can have a chance to prepare.
