China's growing military might has also added to NATO's woes

During a meeting in the Belgian capital, Brussels, NATO leaders expressed concern over China's military might, saying China's attitude was a "challenge."

Talking about China, NATO leaders say that China is rapidly increasing the number of its nuclear weapons, working secretly to modernize its military and working with Russia. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has warned that China is "getting closer" to NATO's military and technical capabilities, but also said that the NATO alliance was not a new Cold War with China. It should be noted that NATO is a very important and powerful political and military alliance of 30 European and North American countries which was established after the Second World War to deal with the communist threat.
