Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has said that people will get basic facilities at their doorstep. This is not just a program but a unique model of governance.
Usman Bazdar has inaugurated 'Khidmat Aapke Dahliz Par' and 'Khidmat Application' programs.
Addressing the 'Service at Your Doorstep' function, Chief Minister Usman Bazdar said that it is an excellent program to serve the people, which will improve service delivery at the grassroots level. Facilities will be available.
Usman Bazdar said that the program "Khidmat Aapke Dahleez" will initially consist of 3 weeks.
He added that in the first week of the program, streets, bazaars and neighborhoods will be cleared, construction materials will be removed from roadsides and banners and wall chalking hanging from trees and poles will be removed.
Usman Bazdar said that in the second week, the focus will be on improving the supply and drainage facilities, cleaning the sewerage pipes and installing lids on the open manholes.
Usman Bazdar said that in the third week, government offices, schools and other buildings will be painted and cleaned, and attention will be paid to beautification of parks, green belts, roundabouts and squares.
He said that rural and basic health centers would be cleaned and a dashboard had been set up for public complaints.
