The price of bread increased by Rs. 4 to Rs. 12 per loaf

 

It is bad news for the people who are thirsty for two loaves of bread that now the price of bread has been increased by 33%, the price of bread has gone up from Rs 8 to Rs 12 after an increase of Rs 4.

According to private TV news, Muttahida Nan Roti Association has announced an increase of Rs 4 in the price of bread in Lahore. President Aftab Gul said that one cannot buy bread worth Rs 8 by buying expensive flour.

It should be noted that the government is claiming record wheat production in Punjab this year. The government has claimed 20 million metric tonnes of wheat production in Punjab. On the other hand, the price of flour in the general market is increasing day by day due to which bread has become more expensive.
