According to Indian media reports, a severe lockdown has been imposed in the Indore area of Madhya Pradesh in view of the Karuna situation.
Police officers have instructed the public to stay at home during lockdown hours, as those who go out unnecessarily will be arrested and a case registered.
Indore police were patrolling for the implementation of SPs when they saw a man walking on the road with a dog.
When officers questioned the man about the breach of the Corona Protocol, he said it was important to get the dog out of the house every day, so he took it out.
Police arrested Plasia Malik, a resident of Indore, along with a dog, on charges of violating the Cove-19 protocol.
Police picked up the dog along with the man and took him to the police station in a jeep, where he pleaded for release, but the officer warned him and allowed him to go home with the dog.
At the time of his release, police warned him not to take the dog out on the road alone or with him.
