A car bomb blast in Afghanistan's Logar Province has killed at least 30 people and injured dozens.
According to the British news agency Reuters, the car bomb exploded near the office of the provincial council in Pul-e-Alam, the capital of Logar province. A spokesman for Governor Lugar said it was not immediately clear who was behind the blast.
The blast occurred at 7:06 pm local time, injuring more than 60 people, according to Afghan TV channel Tolo News. There is also a hospital near the site of the blast, the building of which was damaged by the blast.
