Indian Tamil actress Reza Wilson has decided to file a claim for Rs 10 million in damages against her doctor for endangering her life by using the 'wrong method'.
She said that Dr. Bheravi prescribed the wrong treatment on his face.
Riza Wilson said a doctor should respond immediately to an emergency request and not ignore them.
She said that he has filed a petition with the National Medical Commission and the Tamil Nadu Medical Council against Dr Bheravi Senthal and his staff so that no such case would happen to anyone in the future.
She said that she would also pay Rs 10 million as compensation to the said doctor and distribute the proceeds to the victims of similar negligence.
On the other hand, the doctor termed the statement of actress Reza Wilson as untrue and decided to file a defamation suit against her.
