A local holiday has been declared in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad in the wake of the Pakistan Parade.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad has announced a local holiday on Thursday, March 25 with a tweet. He directed that government and private offices would remain closed on Thursday.
It may be recalled that the Pakistan Day parade on March 23 has been postponed due to inclement weather. Now the parade will be on March 25 instead of March 23.
23rd March Parade has been postponed. Therefore 25th March will be a local holiday in Rawalpindi Pindi and Islamabad
