In South Africa, aquatic animals have escaped from a "fish" breeding farm, but the administration has appealed to citizens to stay indoors to avoid casualties.
The incident took place in the Western Cape province of South Africa, where several crocodiles jumped from a farm and jumped into a nearby river, according to a foreign news agency. The administration says residents remained in their homes until all the animals were found and no one was seen near the river.
The concerned agency has declared these crocodiles as cannibals so that the citizens can ensure their safety.
Forest department staff and other concerned administration including police have started searching for the crocodiles. Escape crocodiles, called the Nile, are usually up to 5 meters long.
According to the report, the disappearance of the aquatic animals was first reported to the owner of the farm who later informed the concerned agencies. It has also been said that crocodiles are accustomed to food on a daily basis and can attack humans if food is not available.
