According to a report by a foreign news agency, the Russian navy is conducting exercises in the Arctic, during which three Russian nuclear-powered submarines have demonstrated to break the hard ice surface at sea level.
Three Russian submarines at a distance of 300 meters have broken the 1.5-meter-thick and hard ice surface for the first time in history.
It should be noted that with the participation of the Russian Geographical Society, a large-scale Arctic exercise is being conducted in the area of Franz Josephland Peninsula, Alexandra Island and adjacent waters.
