Fourteen people have been sentenced to death in Bangladesh for trying to assassinate Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid two decades ago.
According to the news agency, the fast track court of Bangladesh sentenced the accused.
The accused planted two bombs in a college where Sheikh Hasina Wajid was to address a rally in 2000. Both the bombs planted in the college were defused after being recovered.
