The Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the Indian industrial city of Mumbai has approached the court against anchorperson Arnab Goswami for making baseless allegations in the Shashant Singh Rajput suicide case.
Mumbai DCP Abhishek Trimke has taken a stand in the petition filed against Arnab Goswami in the Sessions Court alleging that the anchor had made false and baseless allegations against him in connection with the suicide of Sashant Singh Rajput. Tried to disrupt the investigation and defame the police department.
A 40-page petition has been filed by the DCP seeking the issuance of arrest warrants against both Arnab Goswami and his wife Sambarta.
