Aung San Suu Kyi sued after Myanmar uprising, but what was the charge?

Police have registered a case against Aung San Suu Kyi for possessing illegal walkie-talkie radios. He has been remanded till February 15 for further investigation.

Documents produced by police in court say a search of Aung San Suu Kyi's home turned up six illegal walkie-talkies that had been smuggled into the country.

It should be noted that a few days ago, the Myanmar army seized power last year, accusing it of rigging the elections and imposed a state of emergency for a year. Dozens of lawmakers, including the country's leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, and leaders of the ruling National League for Democracy were detained.
