The British citizen called the police on the helpline and informed that a snake had come into his house.
According to the UPI report, the British police, after receiving the call, informed the wildlife department officials about the incident, after which they reached the said house along with the volunteers who caught the animals.
"There is a snake in my drawing room that is not moving," the citizen told police by phone.
Wildlife Inspector Kate Boris and her team arrived at the house and caught the snake sitting on the corner of the room wall. Kate said snakes caught at home are found especially in North America.
He said that finding this snake from here is a surprise for the entire department including me, it is possible that it has come here apart from its family because it is still very small and light weight.
He announced that if a person has lost a snake, he can contact the department and get the snake back.
