The Iraqi government has blamed ISIS for the suicide bombings a day earlier.
Iraqi Interior Ministry spokesman Khaled Mekhana said in a statement to the media that the terrorist organization ISIS was involved in the attack on the Iraqi capital Baghdad. ISIL is behind the suicide attack targeting the bazaar, ISIL still wants to send a message of its presence in the country.
Earlier in the day, two suicide bombers struck in Baghdad's famous Square Plane, killing 32 people and wounding 110 others.
