In Kazakhstan, a man tied a dog to the back of his car and dragged it onto the road, a video of which surfaced.
The tragic incident took place around 6:30 pm on January 7, footage taken in the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan shows a dog being tied to the back of a car and dragged.
An unidentified man was stopped by the driver of another vehicle on the road but he did not give up. The dog was seriously injured due to the cruel treatment of the man.
A man rescuing the injured dog got out of the car and asked him why he was doing this. So he walked without answering, the dog was immediately taken to a nearby clinic where he was given pain medication and the wounds were treated.
According to the report, the unidentified driver has been taken into custody. Police said that the accused will be interrogated under the law of cruelty to animals.
