A tragic incident took place in Coal Power area of Jhelum district, where a 65-year-old man raped a seven-year-old girl.
According to a statement issued by the police, the accused picked up the little girl from the street and took her to his house and raped her. The minor girl was given medical treatment, where the abuse of the little girl has been confirmed while the accused has also confessed to the crime after his arrest. Police have sent samples of the victim and the accused to the DNA laboratory.
