Getting rid of obesity is a very difficult task but a girl in India surprised the world by losing several kilograms in a matter of days. According to the Times of India, the 31-year-old girl's name is Mato Tyagi. When she was about to give birth to her first child, there were some complications that led to her rapid weight gain along with other ailments and she became very obese.
"I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant," she said. A year after the baby was born, I decided to lose weight and made a diet plan. I started eating Basin Cheela, oats or sandwiches for breakfast. At lunch, I ate gluten-free chapatti with seasonal vegetables and a cup of yogurt, while at dinner I mostly ate buttermilk (without sugar) or a cup of porridge. I also ate soaked nuts and an apple before exercise and drank beetroot juice after exercise. Thanks to this diet and exercise, I gained as much weight in days as I did before I became a mother. Not only have I become smarter than before, but my lost confidence has returned. ”
