An oxygen cylinder exploded in the ICU of a Turkish hospital, killing nine patients in the ICU.
According to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the incident took place at a hospital in southern Turkey. The dead ranged in age from 55 to 85. An investigation has been launched into the cause of the blast.
