A bomb blast at a Quran concert in Afghanistan has killed at least 15 people, including children.
According to the Afghan Interior Ministry, the blast took place in the Jilan District of Ghazni Province while a Qur'an recitation ceremony was taking place inside a building. The explosives were planted in a rickshaw.
The blast killed 15 civilians and injured 20, according to Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Aryan.
