Eight Pakistani nurses and midwives have been included in the Global 2020 list of 100 Outstanding Women Nurses and Midwives.
All eight of the nurses and midwives are affiliated with the Aga Khan University School of Nursing and Midwifery (Sonam) as teachers or are graduates of the institution.
According to a statement issued by the university, awards were given to 100 nurses and midwives from 43 countries around the world.

These nurses and midwives with leadership abilities have been honored by Women in Global Health (WGH).
