"Corona virus came to China from Australia," Chinese media made a new claim

 

Chinese experts have previously expressed suspicions about the United States, Italy and India, that the coronavirus may have spread from those countries. They have now added Australia to the list and made a new claim that the corona virus may have spread from Australia to the Chinese city of Wuhan and from there to the rest of the world.

In an article published in the Chinese newspaper Global Times, Chinese experts said that the corona virus may have reached Wuhan's meat market through frozen steaks imported from Australia to China and spread to the city of Wuhan. He also rejected the new claim, saying: "This claim of the Chinese experts is based on speculation and is unlikely to be true.
