Another 80 people have died in Pakistan due to the global coronavirus and the total death toll has reached 9,330.
According to the National Command and Operations Center, 2,615 new cases have been reported in the country and the total number has risen to 457,288. In Pakistan, 44,501 patients of Corona have recovered and 40,553 are undergoing treatment.
The highest number of deaths due to corona is in Punjab where 3,558 people have lost their lives while Sindh has 3,302, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 1,521, Islamabad 388, Gilgit-Baltistan 99, Balochistan 179 and Azad. In Kashmir, 203 people have lost their lives. The number of corona cases in Islamabad is 36,117, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 54,948, in Sindh 22,983, in Punjab 131,428 and in Balochistan 17,909. In Azad Kashmir, 7,961 people and in Gilgit-Baltistan, 4,822 people have been affected by Corona.
The rate of positive cases across the country has reached 6.61 percent. The highest rate of corona positive cases in Hyderabad is 24.59%. The rate of corona positive cases in Karachi is 11.20%, Rawalpindi 17.21%, Azad Jammu and Kashmir 7.47%, Balochistan 3.56%, Gilgit-Baltistan 1.07% and Islamabad 3.5%.
According to the NCOC, Punjab has 3.8, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 8.19, Sindh 9.20, Lahore 8.08, Faisalabad 3.79, Multan 3.40, Peshawar 9.23, Swat 6.96, Abbottabad 14.94, Quetta 7.95. , And Muzaffarabad is 13.57 percent.
