Trade agreement with EU to be signed after Bridget: British PM

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson has said that he believes that there will be a trade agreement with the European Union after Bridget. The European Prime Minister was met by the President of the European Commission, Ursulavan Derlein. The two sides have said an agreement needs to be reached in October, but they have yet to reach an agreement and talks between the negotiating teams are in full swing. The transition period is set to end on December 31. This means that the UK will trade with the European Union under WTO rules. That is, in the absence of an agreement, tariffs will be levied.
