In the Gilgit-Baltistan elections, in the recount of votes in LA-2 Gilgit, PTI's Fatehullah Khan has won with 2 votes, before PPP's Jamil Ahmed had won in unofficial results.
According to private TV, recount of votes in LA-2 Gilgit, according to unofficial and unconfirmed results, PTI was declared the winner in the recount, Fatehullah Khan of PTI won with 6696 votes while his opponent P.P. K Jamil Ahmed got 6694 votes and fell behind by only 2 votes. PPP workers started protesting against the results of LA2 and marched towards the office of Chief Election Commissioner GB.
Following the results of the LA-2 Gilgit seat, the number of successful PTI candidates in Gilgit-Baltistan rose to 10.
