Saudi scientists have succeeded in creating images of the internal structure of the corona virus, which will further improve efforts to break the virus.
Scientists at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia have released the latest 3D images of the corona virus.
This model provides detailed imaging of the outer and inner surfaces of the virus. Experts say such a detailed imaging of the corona virus has never been done before.
To create this model, experts took high-resolution images of scans (icons) of electronic microscopes, after which the model was created.
The model shows the internal structure of the virus and the protein spikes on the outer surface. These protein spikes deceive the human cell, causing it to open a pathway, after which the virus can easily enter the cell. It infects the body.
Most vaccines in the preparation phase for the eradication of the coronavirus will work to protect against these protein spikes.
Experts hope that these detailed images will further help in the development of effective vaccines and medicines for the corona virus.
