On social networking site Twitter, a user named Shri Donave tweeted that the dog in the picture was named Shiloh, who has been posted as a justice volunteer at the hospital.
The dog was hired as a volunteer under the Star program, he said.
He wrote that my hospital hired an employee whose only job was to greet the people in the office when they were busy.
Shiloh has been given a job card by the university and will be provided with a room for accommodation, three meals a day, and other facilities.
