Chairman Pak Sarzamin Party (PSP) Mustafa Kamal has been indicted.
According to private TV, the accountability court held a hearing on the illegal allotment reference in Clifton in Karachi. Chairman Pak Sarzamin Party Mustafa Kamal, Iftikhar Qaimkhani and others appeared before the court. However, the accused pleaded not guilty. The court summoned the witnesses on the plea of the accused and adjourned the hearing of the reference till December 5.
The reference filed by NAB in the accountability court said that the accused are involved in illegal allotment of government plots and the accused have caused a loss of more than two and a half billion rupees to the national exchequer. Allegations of illegal allotment of yards of land, Mustafa Kamal illegally gave permission to the builder to build a multi-storey building.
