Karachi court approves request of investigating officer in Dr Maha Shah case to record statements of three key witnesses
The case of Dr. Maha Shah was heard in the court of Judicial Magistrate South Karachi during which the investigating officer has filed a petition to record the statements of key witnesses. The court has summoned three key witnesses on November 18 to record the statements. I include the deceased's sister Fatima Shah, brother Nad Ali and Mesmat Manza. The investigating officer in his application said that the audio recording of the deceased Maha Shah is included in the evidence.
The investigating officer told the court that three accused of supplying cocaine have been arrested in the Dr Maha Shah case, two accused in the case are on interim bail, three more are to be arrested, the court is requested to record witness statements. To go
On the other hand, the Sindh High Court has extended the interim bail of two accused in the Dr Maha Shah case till November 19. The court expressed frustration over the absence of the investigating officer and ordered to ensure attendance at the next hearing.
