A meeting of the NAB Executive Board was held under the chairmanship of Chairman NAB Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal in which it was approved to close the probe against Pervez Elahi. The closure of the investigation has been approved. According to the NAB statement, the investigation against Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was closed due to lack of evidence.
