Pak Suzuki has introduced an automatic version of its popular Wagon R in the country.
According to a report by Pro Pakistani, rumors have been circulating for some time that the company may introduce an automatic version of the Wagon R at the beginning of the new year, the Wagon RAGS, which has now been confirmed.
The car has an automated gear shift transmission and an airbag.
The company has not released a statement on the features of the car but most of the features in the 1,000 cc Wagon R will be the same as in other versions of the car.
Some features like the Wagon RVXL model including power steering, power windows, infotainment system etc. will also be in AGS.
Keyless entry and an ambulance are also expected to be provided, while side mirror backs will match the body color of the vehicle.
According to the report, car sales in Pakistan have declined in recent months and Pak Suzuki expects the automatic version of the Wagon R to help boost sales.
The price of this car has been fixed at Rs. 18 lakh 90 thousand.
The Wagon R was first introduced by Suzuki in 1999 and is one of the best-selling vehicles in India and other countries, including Pakistan.
