Why do we turn black when we are in the sun?
We have to make a special effort to get out in the scorching sun because our hearts and minds are against going out in the sun. It is also just because the sun gets brighter that it starts penetrating the brain, the headaches start to increase and the biggest problem is that the color will turn black.
And usually when we go out in the sun, our color gets worse. It starts to turn black, which we call sun tan, that is, the sun has burned the color, and you and all of us have thousands of types to get rid of it. Use tips and sunblock, which can sometimes make the skin worse.
But what is the real reason why living in the sun spoils the color?
Reason:
Living in the sun doesn't actually spoil the complexion, but the compound "melanin" found in the skin, which works to control the color of our skin. And the sun attracts this compound because of its fast and ultraviolet rays, which causes this compound to disappear from the body and instantly activates our nervous system and in response produces more melanin than the body needs. As a result of this sudden and immediate reaction, our complexion deteriorates.
