Why did General Musharraf remove you from the post of Prime Minister?

Former Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali explained the reason for his removal from the PM's job. Nadeem Malik, anchor person of Smart TV, invited Zafarullah Khan Jamali to his talk show and found out what meeting Sheikh Rashid was talking about. "Everyone who went to the United States stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington," Jamali said in a telephone interview. There was also a meeting (with US officials) at the White House. All the members of the delegation were present. According to Zafarullah Khan Jamali, Secretary of State Colin Powell told me that I would come to the hotel in the morning. They came the next day and sat down. I asked him if he would like some tea, he said yes and we offered him tea. According to Jamali, I told Colin Powell that I was going back now, would you like to send a message to our president? When I was leaving, the President (Musharraf) did not guide me. However, whether she needed them or not. The only thing Colin Powell told me was to go and tell your president that you didn't keep your promise.

Nadeem Malik asked what was the promise made by General Musharraf to Colin Powell. Zafarullah Khan Jamali said that when General Musharraf went to the United States, he had promised Colin Powell that he would send Pakistani troops to Iraq. I told Colin Powell that I was the Speaker of the Assembly and that I would go and talk. If need be, I will take the opinion of the nation. Nadeem Malik asked why General Musharraf removed him from the PM's post. Jamali replied that some other people, including the ministers who had gone with me, He got the opportunity and before reaching my house he said that Zafarullah Jamali had only spoken to Colin Powell, and not to anyone. Sheikh Rashid was also present on the occasion. I don't know if General Musharraf was told this by Sheikh Rashid or anyone else. The anchor asked, "Did you ask the US for help in saving the PM's office?" Jamali said, "I could not and would never abuse Pakistan." Yes, my country had become Pakistan.
