After issuing a challan in Gujranwala, the driver forcibly pulled the traffic warden into his car and drove away. Police arrested the accused after a chase.
According to the Chief Traffic Police Officer, a traffic warden near Kangniwala on GT Road challaned the car driver for Rs 500 for breaking the signal, then a car driver named Hassan tried to kidnap the warden.
After the chase, the police caught the accused and rescued the warden.
A case of kidnapping and interference in government has been registered against the accused.
