The fire at the Hafeez Center in Lahore, the capital of Punjab, was brought under control. With the immediate action of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, not only billions of rupees worth of goods were saved in Hafeez Center but also 29 human lives were saved.
According to the Punjab government spokesman, as soon as the fire was reported in Hafeez Center, the administration immediately mobilized on the orders of Chief Minister Usman Bazdar and 33 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. Rescue teams, including the district administration, continued the rescue operation and 29 lives were saved due to timely action.
He said that batteries, AC compressors and other electronics were present in the plaza which caused the fire to flare up again but with proper strategy the basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor were saved from almost half of the fire. went. The process was overseen by the Punjab Chief Minister himself and coordination was maintained with the Pakistan Army, Rangers and Navy.
