Gold prices rose in early morning trading in Saudi gold markets on Thursday. Rising gold prices in the global market also affected Saudi Arabian markets.
According to the Emergency website, the average price of 24 carat gold per gram was 231.97 riyals while on Wednesday it was 231.21 riyals.
Twenty-one carat one gram of gold was sold at 202.31 riyals on Wednesday while its price rose to 202.97 on Thursday.
In the Saudi market, 18 carat one gram of gold is being sold at 173.98 riyals. On Wednesday, its price was 173.41 riyals. In addition, one gram of 14 carat gold was sold at 135.31 riyals.
The price of an ounce of gold in the Saudi market was recorded at 7215 riyals while the price of a 21 carat 8 gram gold biscuit was 1623.78 riyals. On Wednesday it was 1618.48 riyals.
