Prime Minister Imran Khan took the provinces into confidence regarding the micro-smart lockdown.
Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired a meeting of the National Co-ordination Committee on Corona Virus (NCOC), which was attended by provincial chief ministers via video link.
According to sources, the meeting was also attended by federal ministers, NDMA and concerned officials. Provincial officials discussed patient data and other issues at the meeting.
The National Coordinating Committee for Corona has taken important decisions related to the prevention of epidemic diseases. The meeting has decided to implement micro-smart lockdown instead of smart lockdown in different cities.
According to sources, during the meeting, Prime Minister Imran Khan took the provinces into confidence regarding the micro-smart lockdown.
It was decided at the NCC meeting that an awareness campaign should be launched to make the people aware of the precautionary measures.
According to sources, it was decided in the meeting that masks should be worn in public markets, hospitals and offices and instructions should be issued to increase hand hygiene and use of sanitizers.
During the briefing in the meeting, it was informed that if precaution is not taken, the cases of corona virus will increase in cold weather.
