PML-N Speaker decides to boycott National Assembly celebrations

 

The internal story of the joint meeting of the parliamentary party of the PML-N, the largest opposition party, came to light.

According to sources, in a meeting held in Islamabad, PML-N has decided to boycott the celebrations and invitations of Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser.

According to sources, the decision was read out by former foreign minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif at a joint meeting of the parliamentary party.

According to the decision, PML-N members will only attend National Assembly sessions and standing committee meetings.

According to sources, the PML-N parliamentary speaker will not attend any committee, meeting, function or seminar organized by the National Assembly.

It was decided in the meeting that a letter would be written to Speaker Asad Qaiser by the PML-N to conduct the meeting according to the rules and regulations.

According to sources, it was decided that if the Speaker of the National Assembly did not run the House under rules and regulations, then the House would not be allowed to run.
